These are the 3 most common ways I work with my clients:

Recruiter mode

You brief me on the role and I go to work finding the best people for your company.

I can work in a few different ways:

  • Contingency recruitment - how most recruitment engagements typically work. We meet to go through the brief, I present the best matches in the market, you pay me a fee when a hire is made.

  • Retained recruitment - by committing to the engagement I’m able to represent & promote your company and roles more transparently, opening up more channels

  • Sourcing only - for early stage companies (Pre seed / Seed) that can’t afford a recruiter. I take the brief, advertise the role, screen applications and present a shortlist of headhunted candidates. I don’t interview candidates so the reduced time spent means I can provide most of the service at a fraction of the cost.

Internal Talent Partner

An embedded Recruiter to fill a few roles over a period of growth.

Set monthly fees to run a certain amount of roles at a time, like a fractional/part time/temporary internal talent partner.

Most popular when a company or department has multiple roles to hire at once to reduce the cost per hire on recruitment fees.

Founding Recruiter

Your first Recruiter or Talent Acquisition partner that can fill roles and set up lean hiring practices & tools.

Similar to the Embedded recruitment service but also goes beyond just filling the roles.

I can set up tools to manage your processes, set up interview processes train you and your hiring managers on how to interview to prevent loosing good people through poor hiring or hiring bad people.
