Hey, I’m Mitch 👋

I’m a Recruiter & Talent Acquisition specialist for Startup and Tech companies.

I’ve been the Founding Recruiter at Seed stage Startups Linktree and Mutinex that went through rapid scaling, the Lead Recruiter at a Fleet Space Technology, a Series D Space Tech scale up as well as previous agency experience recruiting for all size and stage tech companies, placing roles across Australia, USA, Canada & New Zealand.

While I specialise in Startups and Tech, I’ve been a generalist in the roles that I fill, this includes:

I can fill one-off roles as your Recruiter, work on longer term engagements for building teams through to establishing your hiring processes, tools and improving your own hiring ability.

Being independent means I can be flexible on the type of engagements and fees to suit your needs and stage of growth.

  • Retained fractional services, I will fill roles but also oversee your interview processes, train your interviewers, setup/manage your ATS.

  • A big appeal for me to go independent was the ability to experiment with different ways of working.

    Some just wanted me to promote their companies and jobs to my network through LinkedIn.
