A lot of the things you might hate about dealing with Recruiters when looking for a job are the same things I hate about bad Recruiters myself.

You’ll always know the name of the company I’m working with.

If they have a salary budget in place, I will give it to you.

If they say no to you, I will let you know and always do my best to get you specific feedback on why.
